The generating sets being supplied by the company are uniquely defined by a model number and serial number. This information is generally required for ordering spare parts and/or for any warranty claim if required.
WARRANTY / COMMISSIONING
Every generating set supplied by the company is covered under warranty of 12 months or 1200 hours of operation (whichever is earlier) against manufacturing and material defect. For qualifying a warranty replacement, it is desired that the generating set is properly installed and commissioned by qualified persons.
AFTER-SALE SERVICE
